On December 12th of this year, in the Department of Global Economy and International Management, in the International Business Management program, senior lecturer of the Marketing discipline, Aizhamal Kasymbekovna Mambetova, organized and conducted a large-scale educational and practical competition, "Marketing in Action," among third-year students of the UB-23 group. This competition became a highlight in the academic life of students.
As part of a practice-oriented approach to learning and to develop students' modern professional competencies in marketing, this event was aimed at developing strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in conditions as close as possible to real market processes.
The competition has become an effective platform for students to realize their potential, demonstrate their innovative potential, teamwork skills, and ability to transform ideas into competitive projects.
The competition program featured three key categories reflecting the main areas of modern marketing activity:
• "Best New Product"
• "Best Advertising"
• "Best Packaging"
Three strong and ambitious teams participated in the competition: Soul Aroma, NUR, and 40 Bites. Each team presented carefully crafted projects distinguished by original concepts, deep analytical approaches, and a high level of professionalism.
The "Marketing in Action" competition became more than just a knowledge assessment; it was a full-fledged educational event that combined theory and practice. Participants demonstrated leadership skills, confidence in public speaking, the ability to convincingly defend their ideas, and the ability to work effectively in a competitive environment.
At the end of the event, Senior Lecturer Aizhamal Kasymbekovna Mambetova expressed her sincere gratitude to the students for their active participation, high level of preparation, and creative approach, as well as to the Department of World Economy and International Management and the Head of the Department, Rita Abdykulovna Kerimbekova, for their comprehensive support, assistance, and openness to the implementation of all educational and innovative initiatives.
