SENIOR TEACHER OF THE MARKETING DISCIPLINE, AIZHAMAL KASYMBEKOVNA MAMBETOVA, HELD A LARGE-SCALE COMPETITION, "MARKETING IN ACTION"

On December 12th of this year, in the Department of Global Economy and International Management, in the International Business Management program, senior lecturer of the Marketing discipline, Aizhamal Kasymbekovna Mambetova, organized and conducted a large-scale educational and practical competition, "Marketing in Action," among third-year students of the UB-23 group. This competition became a highlight in the academic life of students.

As part of a practice-oriented approach to learning and to develop students' modern professional competencies in marketing, this event was aimed at developing strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in conditions as close as possible to real market processes.

The competition has become an effective platform for students to realize their potential, demonstrate their innovative potential, teamwork skills, and ability to transform ideas into competitive projects.

The competition program featured three key categories reflecting the main areas of modern marketing activity:
• "Best New Product"
• "Best Advertising"
• "Best Packaging"

Three strong and ambitious teams participated in the competition: Soul Aroma, NUR, and 40 Bites. Each team presented carefully crafted projects distinguished by original concepts, deep analytical approaches, and a high level of professionalism.

The "Marketing in Action" competition became more than just a knowledge assessment; it was a full-fledged educational event that combined theory and practice. Participants demonstrated leadership skills, confidence in public speaking, the ability to convincingly defend their ideas, and the ability to work effectively in a competitive environment.

At the end of the event, Senior Lecturer Aizhamal Kasymbekovna Mambetova expressed her sincere gratitude to the students for their active participation, high level of preparation, and creative approach, as well as to the Department of World Economy and International Management and the Head of the Department, Rita Abdykulovna Kerimbekova, for their comprehensive support, assistance, and openness to the implementation of all educational and innovative initiatives.

On December 2, 2025, a guest lecture was held at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized by the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the topic: "Ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic as the main function of consular officials abroad."

 

The lecture was attended by undergraduate students of the Diplomatic Academy, as well as faculty and staff members. The event aimed to deepen the future diplomats' knowledge of key areas of consular activity and the practice of protecting Kyrgyz citizens abroad.

Speakers from the Department of Consular Service provided detailed information on the following aspects of consular operations:

  • legal basis and international norms governing the protection of citizens' rights abroad;
  • practical mechanisms to assist Kyrgyzstanis in emergency situations;
  • features of interaction with law enforcement and judicial authorities of foreign states;
  • issues of citizenship, passports, migration and notarial acts;
  • the importance of preventive educational work among citizens traveling abroad

The importance of timely response, professional communication, competence and strict adherence to protocol in the performance of consular duties by consular officers was noted.

Following the lecture, a discussion took place during which students were able to ask questions about real-life consular cases, contemporary challenges, and the specifics of consular service in the context of global citizen mobility.

The Diplomatic Academy expresses gratitude to the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for its contribution to the professional training of future personnel of the country's foreign service and intends to continue cooperation within the framework of educational and practice-oriented programs.
