The application for admission to graduate school is submitted to the Rector of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with the following documents attached:
personal personnel record sheet with a photo, certified at the place of work;
identity document (passport)
autobiography;
photo 3*4 – 4 pcs.;
medical certificate (086)
diploma of a specialist or master of higher professional education with an appendix (for persons educated in other countries and for foreign citizens — certificate of equivalence of educational documents);
list of published scientific papers, inventions (if available);
introductory essay
a copy of the work record (if available);
recommendations of the scientific (scientific and technical) council or the state attestation commission for excellent students;
certificate of candidate exams (if available)
military ID (if available).
The passport and diploma of graduation from a higher educational institution are presented in person.
Entrance exams
From November 8, 2022 to November 30, 2022.
Applicants to graduate school take entrance exams in the following disciplines:
in political science;
on the history and philosophy of science;
in a foreign language;
in the Kyrgyz language.
Retake of entrance exams is not allowed.
The duration of postgraduate study in absentia is 4 years.
