named after Kazy Dikambaev
Diplomatic Academy is an intellectual center where future diplomats, lawyers, economists, and leaders of a new generation are shaped individuals capable of strategic thinking, acting on a global stage and making decisions that impact the development of the state and the international community.
Our mission is to train specialists in international relations and diplomacy who not only possess strong theoretical knowledge but are also capable of addressing real-world foreign policy challenges of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Academy grew out of the Diplomatic Personnel Training Center, established in 1998. On June 12, 2001, by decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic was established—the first educational institution of its kind in the country. Even then, it became clear that the country needed not just short courses, but a full-fledged school of diplomacy. From its very first days, the Academy became one of the most modern educational institutions in the country.
Today, specialists are trained here in the following areas:
- International relations
- Business management
- Jurisprudence
- Global economy
