The Vice-Rector was introduced by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs A. Atakhanov, who emphasised the importance of this appointment in the development of the Diplomatic Academy and expressed confidence that J. Baitugolova would bring with her a rich experience of practical activity. He wished Baitugolova Zhanara Abdyldaevna and the staff of the Diplomatic Academy fruitful work in training highly qualified personnel.

The newly appointed vice-rector in her address to her colleagues expressed her readiness to work for the benefit of students and promote the development of the Academy.

The presentation ended with warm words of congratulations and hopes for fruitful co-operation between the new vice-rector, administration, teachers and students of the Diplomatic Academy.
