The inauguration was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the K. Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The sculpture was created by Sadabek Botobekovich Azhiev, a Toktogul State Prize winner.

The event was attended by Ms Marta Kazyevna, K. Dikambaev's daughter; Ch. Adamkulova, Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; distinguished guests, ambassadors, relatives, fellow citizens and colleagues of K. Dikambaev; officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, professors and students of the Kazy Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy; media representatives.

State Secretary S. Kasmambetov, Minister of Foreign Affairs J. Kulubaev, K. Dikambaev's colleague Askar Mambetaliev, Chairman of Tyup public association "Aikol Insandary" Mukash Mambetov, K. Dikambaev's daughter Marta Kazyevna Dikambaeva addressed the audience.

The prominent political figure of the Kirghiz SSR, one of the founders of modern Kyrgyz statehood, the first People's Commissar of Foreign Affairs of the Kirghiz SSR Kazi Dikambaev, deserved a prominent place among the prominent people of Kyrgyzstan. The history of his life is closely connected with the history of formation of the Soviet Kyrgyzstan. He directly contributed greatly to the development of the national economy of the republic and was among pioneers who laid the foundation for the national economy of Kyrgyzstan.
