Center for Analysis of International Relations (CAIR)

The strategic goal of the Center is the development of an intellectual and analytical platform that provides scientifically grounded support for the Kyrgyz Republic's foreign policy in the context of the transformation of the global system. The Center focuses on an in-depth analysis of global, Eurasian, and Central Asian processes and the development of practical, long-term recommendations.

Key tasks:

• Providing expert and analytical support to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and other government agencies in the field of foreign policy and international cooperation;
• Development of the research and expert potential of the Diplomatic Academy;
• Integration into the international scientific and expert space and development of professional competencies of diplomatic personnel;
• development of conceptual and applied recommendations on issues of foreign policy strategy and international interaction of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• Organization of international and national scientific and expert events with the participation of representatives of government agencies, the diplomatic corps, international organizations and the academic community;
• Publishing analytical reports, collections, and expert materials on key issues of global politics and international cooperation.
