Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy of the MFA KR; Azamat Naimanbaev, head of the Department of Higher, Secondary Vocational and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the KR; Turatbek Syrdybaev, director of the Institute of History and Regional Studies of the J. Balasagyn KNU; Ainur Jorobekova, head of the Department of International Relations and Law of the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA KR; Asel Jailova Head of the Centre for Economic Research of the IISR under the President of the KR; Asan Akhmatov, member of the National Union of Writers, researcher of the IISD under the PCR; and Aizhan Chynybaeva, President of the NGO "Eco-Demi".

In his welcoming speech, the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy A. Kylychev highlighted: "I believe it is very important to support young people in developing their leadership abilities, to provide them with educational resources and practical experience necessary for a successful career. I hope that through this project we will be able to create a network of young leaders able to co-operate, exchange ideas and support each other on the way to achieving high goals".

The joint efforts of the Diplomatic Academy and "Mir Vostok" Foundation at the Forum of Development Leaders will open new horizons for the exchange of knowledge and practical experience. The event is expected to attract the attention of the general public, providing participants with a unique opportunity to discuss issues related to economic, social and technological development.
